There is so much shared experience as worship leaders that can benefit all of us. We encourage you to share ideas, ask questions and be active in engaging with those following the same calling in the church.
I see forums as a valuable part of developing a wider worship community. They really work. This is a place where we can share stories of "wins and losses." It is learning from each other.
I have a question. Is it permissible when your lead guitar player is getting nailed by the Presense of God during your worship set and an anointing is all over him/her. Does the Sound person have permission to dial him up so everyone knows God is is moving through the lead guitar? If you are the worship leader can you signal the sound person to amplify him and let the presence of God roll off the lead guitar even at the risk of running out of time and having to skip the last song?
How important is that to you? The philosophy to teamwork? The Pastor's idea of a good to great time of worship when the congregation is on their feet with hands raised and refreshing sweeps the assembly?
